Food and Drinks: Republiek serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a seasonal menu with local produce. The menu is surprisingly diverse; from woodfired anchovy pizza to seabass curry-leaf ceviche, we’re sure you’ll find something to your liking.
Care & Wellness: all produce is seasonal, local and ethically sourced. There are sufficient vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options and the kitchen is more than happy to adjust meals to accomodate your dietary requirements.
