Casita Jabin - Valladolid
A terracotta coloured one-bedroom tiny house in the midst of Yucatan
Ins and outs: Casita Jabin is a contemporary, beautifully designed cubical cabin, containing everything you need for a little hideaway, surrounded by a large garden. The mezzanine bedroom, outdoor shower, open kitchen and plunge pool are cleverly positioned on minimal square meters. A perfect place to venture from to explore this exciting part of the Yucatan Peninsula.
Location: the little house is located about fifteen minutes outside of the lively city of Valladolid, opposite of the entrance of the popular Suytun cenote.
Food and Drinks: the house is self-catering with a small but well decked out kitchen. There are many restaurants and cafes to be found in Valladolid and there are small shops located in the nearby villages.
Care & Wellness: the house is renovated with local and natural materials. The minimalistic set-up of the house shows us how to live comfortably with less.
Unseen: open the large window above the bed to wake up when the sun hits the bed, walk a few meters to jump into the pool before showering off in the open air shower under the trees.
